• Team Leadership: Direct daily operations, manage workflow, and balance staff across your assigned work area.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety standards. Train employees on safe lifting and operating methods.
• Administrative Tasks: Monitor attendance, approve timecards, and complete paperwork (such as manifests and hazmat forms).
• Training & Development: Orient and train new hires, conduct regular evaluations, and provide ongoing coaching
