I'm an enthusiastic manufacturing professional specializing in 5 axis milling, turning and multi axis programming. Over the past 25+ years I have worked with many talented people and in doing so I have been able to adopt an abundance of their best practices. Peer to peer knowledge transfer combined with continuing education has prepared me to become a part of something truly great. My goal is to become part of a successful team that leads its respective industry in technology and the efficient use of said technology. Automation and the IOT is the future of domestic manufacturing and I want to be a part of it.

  • Creation and updating of manufacturing process documentation including setup & operation of machine tools.
  • Creation and maintenance of 5 axis CNC programs for Tier 1 aerospace engine components using Siemens NX and Vericut

  • Past experience with PC Demis and CMM Pilot Programming of CMM's for inspection and reverse engineering of parts
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and many other general applications
  • Experience with DMG Mori, Doosan, CB Ferrari, Toyoda, Kitamura, Mazak, Haas and several more machine tool makers with Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Heidenhein and Siemens controls
  • Successfully machined many materials including aluminum, steel, stainless steel, titanium, Inconel and many others including composites/plastics
  • Recently completed Approx 100 hours of Kaizen and 5S training in addition to 40 hours of continuing education in quality, safety and CAD/CAM training
