Driven and proven leader with over 10 years of leadership experience. In my time in leadership, I have learned to develop and train new team members and recruit new leaders. I have been part of most departments in manufacturing, including Safety, Quality, Customer Service, and injection molding. At Whirlpool, I have been a part of launching 3 lines in the plant. One line as an assembler and two Lines as a full-time Group Lead. Being in leadership positions at Whirlpool in both Plastics and Stainless assembly, paired with my experience launching 3 lines, gives me a unique perspective on Whirlpool operations. Now that I have been an MTA Team Lead at Whirlpool, I have also been fortunate to see and be part of the hiring process.
