• Performed maintenance and upkeep of 160 bed building. Supervised employees and scheduled work day to day by importance. Utilized work order system to accomplish tasks and work to be done. Ensured work was up to fire code and safety standards. Performed daily inspections of water temperature, exits, mag locks. Performed various plumbing tasks, faucet replacement, toilet repair, sewer drain obstructions. Performed various electrical tasks, rewiring lights, adding new lines to breaker panel, generator repair. Performed various tasks to hvac systems, filter replacement, troubleshooting and repair. • Served as Shop Supervisor and from 11/2019 to present. As Shop supervisor, I led a team of 5 technicians in the day to day maintenance and up keep of close to 1000 pieces of equipment. Maintain 3 different locations.
• Order repair and service parts against assigned job/work orders attached to various pieces of equipment, monitor work priorities, requisition repair parts, track repair parts and their status.
• Train and provide guidance to team members, coordination and oversight to ensure equipment is repaired, prescribed maintenance is performed and documented in a timely manner.
• Open and close service, inspection and/or repair work orders in a timely manner.
• Document all man hours accordingly within the work order system.
• Prioritized tasks and assignments based on the critical level of equipment needs.
• Ensure Job Safety Analysis forms are filled out correctly in a timely manner and updated accordingly.

• Served as the Motor Sergeant and Maintenance squad leader of Engineer Support Company assigned to Engineer Battalion, responsible for the overall management of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of over 100 pieces of wheeled, ground support and construction related equipment, valued in excess of $1,000,000; responsible for the accountability and serviceability of tools, equipment and facilities worth over $1,000,000; responsible for the overall management, supervision, training, professional development, health and welfare of 12 Soldiers.
• Responsible for the supervision and performance of planning, estimating, scheduling, and expediting the use of labor, machines, and materials in specific mechanical and automated production systems. As Motor Sergeant, various other tasks were performed to include but not limited to:
• Conducts initial and long-range planning on matters to include multiple process production, maintenance operations, equipment readiness, including mechanical skills, availability of test and diagnostic equipment, repair parts, annual training requirements, mobilization requirements and other factors influencing the repair, modifications and maintenance of equipment and readiness reporting.
• Submitted and filed the Army Material System Status reports monthly and provides necessary data for Unit Status Reporting prior to suspense date.
• Provided technical guidance and oversight to a lower graded SAMS-1E operators and team members
• Responsible for the overall management, supervision, training, professional development, health and welfare of 10 Soldiers.
• Responsible for the overall management of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of over 40 pieces of equipment and serviceability of tools

• Experience demonstrating and understanding of the makeup and operation of the various individual systems maintained, such as but not limited to, troubleshooting cooling systems, charging system, braking system, fuel system. I have replaced faulty equipment in all of these systems, such as but not limited to, radiator, coolant hoses, water pump, fan clutch, thermostat, generator, starter, batteries, voltage regulator, brake pads, brake lines, brake chamber, fuel filter, fuel lines, and fuel injectors. I gained the ability to diagnose, repair, overhaul, and modify the following vehicles M113A2, M577A2, M88A1, M1A1, M2A2 Bradley, M1096A6, and M992 Ammo Carrier. I have serviced and repaired the following wheel vehicles M1009 CUCV, M998 HMMV, forklifts, and air compressors
• Repairs and maintains vehicles such as automobiles, buses, trucks, forklifts, tanks warehouse tractors and heavy-duty mobile equipment. Within the framework of inspection reports or instructions, determines nature and extent of repairs required on engines, transmissions, suspension, steering and braking systems and related electrical, fuel, hydraulic, wheel and engine assembles. Following instructions contained in technical manuals, tears down, adjusts repairs, reassembles and runs operational checks on components of these systems.
• Troubleshoots, performs maintenance on heavy-duty mobile equipment, combat, tactical and automotive vehicles.
• Performs work in accordance with modification work orders, technical manuals, lubrication orders, maintenance bulletins, regulations or management policies.
• Determines what adjustments may be necessary to complete work orders, and whether any additional repairs other than those specified or indicated on the work order are necessary.
• Independently performed repairs and maintenance functions in remote locations that can be accomplished by removing, cleaning, reinstalling, or replacing defective parts of components and systems such leaking wheel cylinders, corroded mufflers, fuel tanks, brake cylinders and worn brake shoes, voltage regulators and generators.
• Made examination of vehicle and its components while in operation as well as while in a standby condition. Also inspects repair work in progress to assure that equipment is being repaired in accordance with pertinent requirement.
