• Supervises fire alarm, fire sprinkler and alarm electronic technicians to ensure contract requirements are properly met. Ensures employee compliance with safety, security, property and time keeping. Ensures fire alarm, fire sprinkler, security, traffic lights and final denial barriers are in compliance with UFC 3-601-02 and AFI's for contract requirements. Responsible for overseeing subcontracts over dry chemical kitchen hood inspections and kitchen vent hood cleanings are maintained according to contract requirements. Detailed responsibilities include facility manager for 12 pump houses and water storage facilities, 45 fire pumps, 12 final denial barriers, 9 wedge barriers, base wide traffic lights controls, 125 Vindicator security systems and base Monaco Transmitter systems.

• Supervised fire sprinkler and fire alarm technicians to ensure Tinker AFB sprinkler systems were being properly inspected and maintained to contract requirements.

• Supervised fire sprinkler technicians to ensure Tinker AFB sprinkler systems were being properly inspected and maintained to contract requirements. Ordered material, keep labor logs and kept supervisor informed of any issues related to sprinkler systems.

• Inspected, installed and maintained fire sprinkler systems to ensure they were all up to NFPA standards.
