Over seen all aspects of the kitchen. We did wood fire stone oven pizzas and sandwiches with a changing menu and special board. Writing schedules and making sure every one was on the same page.

• In charge of the book keeping, coming up with the daily specials and party ideas. Writing out the schedule for front and back of the house and doing all the ordering for the restaurant.

• I was a line cook and I was learning the opening process in witch only certain people are allowed to do. I left for better opportunity in management.

• I do day to day operations, and make sure everything is done in a proper manner. handle all large groups and partys to cater to whatever need they may have. and did all of the prep work to ensure everything went smooth at night for us.
