Adam Alaa Daher

I consider myself an ambitious and highly motivated applicant, as a good team player with excellent writing and communication skills. I have repeatedly demonstrated my ability to perform both self-directed and guided research and effectively work as part of an interdisciplinary team of scientists, by conducting collaborative research between AUB and Miami Miller School of Medicine since mid-2016s, and I had the opportunity to work with pioneers in the field of nephrology such as Dr. Alessia Fornoni. I have written a total of 10 manuscripts already published, and a couple pending, including first-author publication which won the best published manuscript award by the National Arab American Medical Association, several reviews in respectable journals, and a surgical case report. I have also given several oral presentations about my projects in several conferences at my university, which has enhanced my communication skills. As of recently, I have been selected to be a member of the reputable Sigma Xi.
