This position is responsible for providing safety and security to the state of Indiana federal buildings. Under this position we are required to enforce regulations to prevent breaches of security while exercising discretion and judgment when responding to situations. While in this position I managed to decrees any damage and or security breaches by 80%.

Responsibilities:

• Gathered information, identified, and implemented resolution, planned follow-up and logged and filed incident report to successfully manage complaints..
• Drafted reports of property damage, theft, accidents and unusual occurrences to document daily activities and irregularities.
• Applied and shared intelligence with law enforcement to secure employees, locations and assets in response to and in anticipation of threats.
• Identified new and innovative approaches to physical security training and executed training to direct and guide physical security staff.

As a intelligence analyst my duty was to provide a full range of intelligence through community sources and products to identify/assess threats to the organization/sector, prepare studies and assessments of threats, potential threats, and threat- related trends using sophisticated collection/research methodologies, and work with customized targeting infrastructure to identify vulnerabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Maintained confidentiality of policy and procedure documentation, emergency response and notification information, and administrative and database materials
• Identify suspicious criminal activity and ensure an effective response from local law enforcement, retail canter personnel, and/or corporate management.
• Applied new and advanced tools and techniques to intelligence cycle, addressing complex challenges with emphasis on big data analytics and data visualization.

• Supervised gathering, review and dissemination of intelligence information from human sources, electronic sources, and counter-intelligence.

This position is responsible for protection of CDC federal products and facilities. As a FED Officer my duty was to enforce regulations to prevent breaches of security while exercising discretion and judgment when responding to situations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patrol, including but not limited to in-depth security against trespass, sabotage, theft, vandalism, fire, and other unlawful or harmful acts
• Addressed emergency situations encountered following policies, procedures and strategies.
• Inspection tours, monitoring mail packages through Security Control Room, assisting traffic operations, enforce building regulations, respond to emergency management situations, and prepare facilities assessment reports.
• Built excellent rapport and working relationship with community to build trust and improve upon communication.

As a law enforcement officer for Community North Hospital my primary duties included but not limited to ensuring the safety of not only staff but patients as well, in addition to maintaining law and order on hospital grounds.
Responsibilities:

• Initiated collaboration between community members and police department to strengthen communication and trust.
• Investigated and reported crimes, accidents, offenses and damage to property.
• Conducted witness interviews and gathered details regarding incidents to determine best course of action.
• Determined appropriate course of criminal prosecution by analyzing and evaluating information.
