My time spent at Duck Donuts had proven I am a great multitasker who's quick on their feet. I don't hesitate to settle miscommunications between coworkers and customers whenever asked of me and I'm happy to aid my fellow employee in any task necessary. I spend a good portion of my time at Duck Donuts training incoming employees and helping push them in the right direction throughout their first few days. I encourage constant cleanliness and customer interaction. Urging them to learn new stations and recipes whenever possible to keep them on their toes. Overall, I would say I greatly enjoy having the opportunity to mentor and get to know new employees and the connections made with costumers.
