⦁ Manage staffing and scheduling for two dining facilities utilizing about 80 employees, 7 days per week, serving up to 3000 meals per day and with total of 3.5 million dollars in annual revenue.
⦁ Responsible for financial planning, ordering processes, and inventory control to meet operation needs, and developing and monitoring budgeting activities.
⦁ Coordinate interview for candidates and hiring program eligible candidates.

⦁ Oversee preparation of food, portion sizes, ensuring proper food temperature and overall presentation of food.
