⦁ Responsible for direct execution and performance of food service project with prime contractor and Air-force federal contract. These contracts are supported majorly by people with disabilities.
⦁ Manage staffing and scheduling for two dining facilities utilizing about 80 employees, 7 days per week, serving up to 3000 meals per day and with total of 3.5 million dollars in annual revenue.
⦁ Responsible for financial planning, ordering processes, and inventory control to meet operation needs, and developing and monitoring budgeting activities.
⦁ Coordinate interview for candidates and hiring program eligible candidates.
⦁ Train, develop, and evaluate team members, taking corrective action in accordance with CBA / WSC policy and consulting with Human Resources Department as appropriate.
