⦁ Responsible for direct execution and performance of food service project with prime contractor and Air-force federal contract. These contracts are supported majorly by people with disabilities.
⦁ Manage staffing and scheduling for two dining facilities utilizing about 80 employees, 7 days per week, serving up to 3000 meals per day and with total of 3.5 million dollars in annual revenue.
⦁ Responsible for financial planning, ordering processes, and inventory control to meet operation needs, and developing and monitoring budgeting activities.
⦁ Coordinate interview for candidates and hiring program eligible candidates.
⦁ Train, develop, and evaluate team members, taking corrective action in accordance with CBA / WSC policy and consulting with Human Resources Department as appropriate.
⦁ Authority to direct personnel, develop operational plan and procedures, procure equipment/ supplies, ensure that regulatory requirements are met or exceeded within the food services contract.
⦁ Provided leadership to crew and other managers during shift.
⦁ Maintains communication with corporate staff, management and serve as key point of contact for clients.

⦁ Manage Dyess Air Force Base food facility project and overseeing staff of 20 employees serving approximately 500 customers daily; ensuring exceptional service and food quality are never compromised.
⦁ Ensures all requirements of PWS/SOW are met.
⦁ Oversee preparation of food, portion sizes, ensuring proper food temperature and overall presentation of food.
⦁ Regularly evaluate procedures and policies to achieve efficient and effective operations.
⦁ Maintain budget and payroll records and approving employee’s time.
⦁ Monitors safety aspects relating to facility, equipment and personnel.

• Responsible for oversight and delegation of responsibilities within the food service operation
• Responsible for prompt service delivery in accordance with performance work statement, USDA Food code and Base Public Health regulations
