
I am professional cook with culinary education and kitchen experience. I was trained and graduated top of my class from Dusit Thani College in Bangkok, which runs conjointly with Le Cordon Bleu. Following the program, I interned at The Four Seasons Tented Camp Chiang Rai, where I rose to all challenges and quickly became and integral member of the team. Post-internship, I continued to work through the high season in a truly fast-paced environment. I bring with me a background in traditional and regional Thai flavours, French training, and a deep appreciation of world cuisines.
