• Gathered data & compiled a 2-year spare parts Price Book for all plant equipment in 4 months which advanced knowledge of Modular Skids, BOP equipment, Process Flow diagrams & Piping/Auxiliary systems. The price book helped secure a 5-year maintenance contract for Siemens Service division.
• Developed hands-on experience & working understanding with typical industrial codes, including: NEC, CSA, ASME, ANSI, API, ISA, and OSHA.

• Developed & presented to management the initiative to overhaul and streamline the communication process between Siemens's R&D and their internal customers.
• Led efforts in researching & presenting the viability of investment in "Hybrid solutions" (combing gas turbine with energy storage) as new business venture for Siemens.
• Researched CAISO market trends, impact of renewable energy introduction to its grid & future forecast, used findings to investigate new product development opportunities for Siemens flex-plant technologies to meet market's future needs.
