I am an organized worker who will show up on time, do what is asked of them and is always willing to learn and develop in crucial design areas. I will be a strong team member because, I have had the opportunity to hold a leadership role as well as work beside others. I believe I could not only bring in this experience into the work environment, but would love to continue to expand it in this work place as well.

Resident Assistant 

The Resident Assistant (RA) role at our program is a genuine, caring person committed to establishing and maintaining a positive living environment that fosters maximum growth and development of students. Adina served as a Resident Assistant during our 21/22 Academic Year. In this role, she held responsibilities in leading a community of 30+ residents at Green River College’s student housing program. She also held duties in staffing our front office operation and providing student service and support. 

Impact 

Adina’s impact on the team enabled for precision and clarity. She completed incident reports when necessary and supported communication as required to ensure the safety of the community. Adina provided good feedback to her colleagues and superiors as she grew in her role. She also helped student assume responsibility for their actions and to be considerate of the rights and freedoms of others.   

I would recommend Adina for the role or opportunity she is currently seeking.

• I have completed a couple design classes for my degree so far that allowed me to work with programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Dragonframe. I am still actively in college and continuing to develop the use of the programs.
