Critical roles at Weatherwax Pharmacy

Project -1

I played a pivotal role in the transition from HBS to the new Rx 30 pharmacy software, ensuring a smooth and efficient changeover. My contributions were integral in streamlining processes, resolving challenges, and adapting the team to the new system, which enhanced overall workflow and service quality

Project -2

I designed and developed the Weatherwax Pharmacy website from the ground up, integrating it seamlessly with the new Rx30 software. This custom-built solution enhanced the user experience and ensured efficient operation within the pharmacy’s digital infrastructure.

project-3

I developed the Weatherwax Pharmacy app using third-party software Refill RxConnect, making it accessible for both Android and Apple devices. This app allows customers to easily manage their prescriptions and refills, improving overall convenience and user engagement.

Project-4

During the pandemic, I organized and operated nearly 40 COVID-19 vaccine clinics over a span of four months, administering close to 10,000 vaccines, including Moderna, Pfizer, and AstraZeneca. The clinics were primarily held on weekends, both Saturday and Sunday, to maximize community access without affecting the regular pharmacy customers. This effort was recognized and appreciated by the Jackson Health Department for its significant contribution to public health..

Project-5

As part of my clinical pharmacy work, I specialize in Medication Therapy Management (MTM), utilizing platforms such as Outcomes, Mirixa, and Equip to deliver personalized care. These tools enable me to evaluate customer profiles, identify potential issues, and offer actionable tips to improve health outcomes. By reviewing MTM cases, I ensure that patients receive optimized medication regimens, address adherence concerns, and mitigate drug interactions. This collaborative approach not only enhances patient well-being but also supports healthcare providers in delivering more effective, evidence-based care. My work in this area contributes to better health outcomes and improved patient satisfaction across the board.
