- Investigating the immunological response to SDT, including DAMPs quantification, dendritic cell activation, and T-cell activation; preliminary data show a 3–4 fold increase in damage-associated molecules in treated tumor cells.
- Applying fluorescence/confocal microscopy, flow cytometry, and protein assays to evaluate therapeutic efficacy and immune activation, ensuring reproducible and data-driven results.
