  • Little Field Simulation: Achieved second place in the Littlefield Simulation competition by optimizing reorder quantity, inventory levels, work-in-progress (WIP), minimizing bottlenecks, lead times and preventing back orders.   • Owens one App: Developed and deployed an app for one of the dining halls at Virginia Tech to make hassle free data entries to data base. Created an QR integration feature to sync orders and built an interactive dashboard in Power BI to track real time sales and inventory resulting in 30-40% reduction in manpower time.
  • Semiconductor Fab Simulation: Replicated the Virginia tech's state of the art semiconductor manufacturing facility and simulated in AutoMod. Computed different loads and simulated for different cycle times to observe bottlenecks. Implemented different dispatching rules and found SPRT to be optimal for minimal make span.
  • CAPSTONE PROJECT - Marketing Campaign through Customer Churn analysis: Analyzed customer data to uncover churn patterns and developed a predictive model with 96.48% accuracy. Forecasted sales trends over 2 to 12 months to help the company manage resources accordingly.
