Co-founded a local student-driven nonprofit organization with high-school friends that aims to reduce disparities in accessing stem enrichment opportunities for middle school students and provide direct aid to those who lack access to sufficient healthcare. 

Led the development research-driven curriculum that offers middle-school students free access to hands-on, inquiry-based activities consisting of pathways to explore and understand topics in human health

Secured partnerships and taught classes with local community-based programs and charter schools in the Baltimore, Cleveland, and Pittsburgh area 

Managed the recruitment of nine permanent team members and 32 student-volunteers
