  • Reduced nursing turnover at Holston Valley Medical Center from 27% to 14% and Indian Path Community Center from 14.6 % to 8.3% through workforce engagement strategies, including career pathway development, shared governance councils, and residency programs.
  • Reduction of contract labor at Holston Valley Medical Center by 80%, resulting in an annual cost savings of 10 million dollars
  • Elimination of contract labor at Indian Path Community Hospital, resulting in annual savings of 2 million dollars.
