Accomplishments

  • Implemented new SCF Inbound process for 6 Distribution Centers, leading 3 of those, and having a successful roll out.
  • Help Implement new HOLDS process for four different Distribution Centers.
  • Achieved 100% scanning of our 99Commissioning module by training supervisors and managers on how to check reports daily for this tasks.
  • Implemented a new building layout for Denver by identifying waste of steps and cutting down "touches" of mail before and after being processed.
