Cleaned sheet metal ducts, evaporator coils, drip pans, axial, and centrifugal fans and capacitor-start and resistance-start motors. Responded to service calls every week for both residential and commercial customers. Performed troubleshooting on HVAC systems to determine root cause of issues. Conducted maintenance service on HVAC systems to increase life expectancy of equipment and prevent costly repair work. Filled out detailed work orders for each job completed. Kept accurate records of time and materials used for each job to compile into service reports.

Tested capacitors, transistors, and transformers for proper continuity and resistance. Cleaned sheet metal ducts, evaporator coils, drip pans, axial, and centrifugal fans and capacitor-start and resistance-start motors. Trouble shooting of wall packs, rooftop systems, and split systems
