• Perform servicing, inspection, operation, and maintenance of aerospace ground equipment (AGE) in support of Air Force Test Center flightline, test, and mission requirements.
• Execute technical order procedures, back-shop operations, inventory and material support functions, and daily operational tasks in compliance with established maintenance and safety standards.
• Support flightline and operational test activities by maintaining AGE equipment used during aircraft testing and by assisting other flights as required to sustain mission readiness.
• Train and certify incoming and current personnel on AGE operations, maintenance procedures, and safety practices while providing technical guidance during daily operations.
• Maintain a 100% QA pass rate and enforce compliance with flightline safety requirements, technical data, and work center procedures.
• Coordinate with co-workers, customers, and leadership to support timely completion of work, operational readiness, and effective daily support to maintenance activities.

• Supervised personnel, delegated work, provided training, evaluated performance, and enforced safety and operational standards.
• Managed inventory, procurement, and material records to support ongoing operations and reduce downtime.
• Coordinated staffing, equipment, and resources to meet project deadlines and maintain productivity.
• Conducted inspections, troubleshooting, and corrective actions to ensure equipment readiness and reliability.
• Implemented OSHA and EPA safety practices to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

• Diagnosed, repaired, and overhauled vehicle and equipment systems using manufacturer manuals, technical specifications, and diagnostic tools.
• Performed service and repair on combustion-powered vehicles and equipment, including forklifts, hydraulic lifts, and heavy industrial diesel vehicles.
• Used specialized test equipment to troubleshoot and evaluate system performance and reliability.
