As an Analyst in the Benefits Area I implemented healthcare benefits for IBC clients. Additionally, I had the following responsibilities:

• Participated in high profile projects, such as Keywords which was to increase efficiencies for Benefit Coders and to improve quality by reducing duplicative entries and to decrease the number of Claims Processing Business (CPBRs) and Customer Product Codes (CPCs)
• Analyze, design and code new clients/groups
• Maintenance of existing groups, corporate project, benefit enhancements and medical policy application
• Provide product support via defect fixes, CRs or any other related issue
• Perform root cause analysis and coding implementation including testing, adhoc reports and data clean up
• Accountable for identification, documentation, and escalation of risks, defects, and issues.

In te student loan processing center I was responsible for answering member inquires as well as reviewing deferment/forbearance requests to temporarily suspend student loan delinquency. I also resolved member phone calls in the Customer Service Unit
