My position as a SUD Counselor worked Full Time in the DUI Department had many job duties which have taught me many job efficient skills . Some of my daily job duties included conducting Intakes and orientation for individuals referred to our program from Court and California Department of Motor Vehicles. Facilitated individual counseling sessions as well as group session with up to 15 clients each session . Provide educational group sessions with up to 35 clients at a time.
Some of my job duties as Environmental Services at Mee Memorial Hospital were to ensure all trash from all departments were taken out , distributed clean linen and responded to all housekeeping pagers. Checked surgery rooms hourly for any OR rooms needed to be cleaned and setup for next operation. In between trash rounds my duties were to clean main lobby , admitting office , doctors lounge and the cafe as well as the cafeteria. The last round of trash consisted of taking out the trash as well as bio-hazards.
My position as Customer Service at McDonald’s were working front counter, greeting customers, and placing their orders. I also worked Drive Through 1 & 2 window. Working in this position helped me gain skills and experience in providing services to customers due to having to resolve customer complaints and being their first point of contact when entering the restaurant.
