Recreation Assistant Intern
2 Months- Ensured an adequate number of riding golf carts were always available throughout the day
- Ensured there were ample riding golf cart supplies available at the clubhouse at all times
- Operated gas-powered riding golf carts to move them in and out of storage areas and line them up outside the clubhouse for golfers to use
- Ensured riding golf carts had an adequate amount of fuel, and if not, fueled them up
- Prior to the end of each day cleaned/power-washed and returned riding golf carts to cart storage garage or storage area after checking for golf clubs, score cards, and other personal belongings left behind and placed keys in basket for return to clubhouse
- At the end of the day counted all riding golf carts in the cart storage garage to ensure none were missing and searched golf course/cart storage area for those missing
- Ensured the driving range was neat and clean by operating the range ball picker to retrieve all golf balls left behind
- Maintained a clean and neat riding golf cart storage garage area by sweeping the area and arranging golf carts in an orderly fashion
- Ensured the machine that dispenses range balls for the driving range was always full, or at a minimum, had an adequate supply of golf balls
- Returned empty range baskets to range ball machine dispenser to be filled with golf balls for dispensing to golfers
- Ensured the clubhouse had an adequate supply of range balls at all times

- Performed general janitorial services to ensure spaces were clean, neat, and orderly by sweeping and mopping floors; dusting and cleaning workout areas, mirrors, bathrooms, and locker areas; and straightening equipment and accessories
