Good Manufacturing Practice – Follow GMP guidelines during production and ensure team adheres to standards set in training

Data Integrity for AI model - Regularly record and reconcile production data into company software to ensure data accuracy for proprietary Agentic AI systems

Standard Operating Procedures - Responsible for following company SOP’s for production processes, including training new team members and monitoring their work through quality control checks.

Inventory management - Ensure processes are followed and perform random reconciliation checks with team

Key Performance Metrics - Utilize production queue software to prioritize tasks for second shift to maximize completion rate KPI.
