I love the excitement of working in restaurants. I enjoy the feeling of having a positive effect on the culture around me and having the ability to create a safe and welcoming environment for both our customers and our co workers. I will lay the foundation of a non discriminatory environment so everyone feels as though they are equal regardless of the role they play. My strong regard toward the feelings of our customers will show not only through friendly customer experience but through my attention to detail toward our customer's service. You'll rarely see me do the bare minimum to get by because I have a deep passion for the impact I have on others.
