In charge of a small marketing team at a local avocado startup in Mexico. Our Goal was to quickly change the course of a failing avocado farms with little resources and fast approaching deadlines. My team and I were very successful in this by marketing through google and facebook ads to pull a team of investors for the construction of a road leading to the farms 4 and bring in heavy machinery thus, letting us harvest and sell 100% of the fruit to a big distributor.
