  • I started there as a cardboard baler. Transitioned to an assistant extrusion operator and within a few months i got the extrusion operator job. Over the next 6 months, I attended several management seminars and classes and was promoted to Relief Operator whose main goal was to assist the Supervisor with daily duties and relieve any operator or assistant when needed.
  • After 2 years i was promoted to be the 3rd shift Supervisor. My duties were to run nightly reports, end of shift reports. Give quarterly meetings, maintain and manage employees while also maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Maintain all OSHA and QS-1 standards while producing a quality product.

  • I was in charge of the shipping dock. My duties were to make daily schedules for outgoing freight.
  • Maintain and manage shipping dock associates to make sure the correct freight was being loaded. I was also in charge of the conveyor system. Making sure each package went down the correct belt.
  • I later transitioned to a new position in which I was in charge of tracking and managing incoming returns and communicate between the company and International buyers.
