• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly, stand/walk for extended periods (up to 10-12 hours per shift), and perform physical tasks like pushing, pulling, bending, and reaching.
• Willingness to complete paid training on PIT operation, including pallet jacks and forklifts (no prior certification required, but experience is a plus).
• Basic computer skills for using handheld scanners and following on-screen prompts.
• Availability for flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime during peak seasons.
• Commitment to safety standards and ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting.
• Assist members with inquiries about benefits, including Over-the-Counter (OTC) items, enrollment, premium billing, and supplemental programs.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information, processing requests (e.g., benefit updates or claims), and resolving issues efficiently.
• Identify and escalate member complaints, grievances, or complex issues according to client-specific procedures.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in the company’s systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations like HIPAA.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., enrollment or billing departments) to resolve member needs and improve service delivery.
• Anticipate customer needs, demonstrate empathy, and actively identify opportunities to enhance the member experience.
• For bilingual roles, provide support in Spanish or other languages as needed to assist diverse member populations.
Unload incoming trucks, pallets, and boxes from suppliers, using equipment like robotic palletizers or manual tools to handle heavy loads safely.
• Receive and inspect shipments for accuracy, damage, or defects, verifying against purchase orders or packing slips.
• Scan, sort, and label items using handheld scanners and computer systems to log inventory into the warehouse management system.
• Prepare and move products to stowing areas or conveyor belts for further processing and storage in designated warehouse locations.
• Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as electric pallet jacks or forklifts to transport goods around the dock and facility (training provided).
• Maintain a clean and organized receiving area, removing packaging waste and escalating any issues like discrepancies or quality concerns.
