Leadership and Teamwork: lead a small team of teachers, paraprofessionals, and teacher residents in the same grade or subject.

Co-Planning and Co-Teaching: MCLs are responsible for co-planning and co-teaching with their team members.

Coaching and Feedback: They model, coach, and provide feedback to their team members.

Job activities also include daily teacher duties such as lesson planning, lesson execution with student groups

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons
• Assessing student progress
• Provide individualized support to students with diverse needs
• Develop and implement classroom routines and procedures
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to improve teaching practices and procedures
• Engage in professional development to enhance individual teacher skills and knowledge

• Accounts Receivable/Payable
• Payroll
• Monthly Tax Filing (Sales Tax and Payroll Tax)
• Reconciled Account Files and Produced Monthly Reports
• Maintained electronic and paper filing systems for easy retrieval of information
