I grew up on my family's farm in Woodland, WA where I learned the value of hard work, long-term investment, and endurance. Carrying that work ethic into the workplace, I am highly motivated and goal-oriented. I have almost two years of college experience but stopped just short of my AA due to some promotion in my work at NWAirtech. I acquired my pilot's license at 17y and have continued to educate myself in both flight and in maintenance. Acquisition of knowledge is something I am gifted in and comes easily to me. I enjoy working with numbers and working towards more efficient systems. I am highly motivated and am always looking to take on more and improve myself. I thrive in environments where there is room to grow.
I started at NWAT sweeping floors, cleaning parts, and maintaining equipment in the the shop. Being on the shop floor I took the opportunity to learn and begin working on planes' engines and airframes. I quickly noticed a lack in management and stepped up! Today I hold the title of Operations Manager and handle a wide range of responsibilities.
These include:
- Running the shop schedule and workflow
- Managing our inventory of 10K parts
- Ordering parts
- Selling parts
- Building and facilitating our custom CRM
- Customer communication and relations
- Billing
- Basic bookkeeping
- Project management
- Operational Efficiency
- Time/Resource Management
- Natural Leadership
- Fast Learner
- Laptop and Mobile Device Utilization
- Filing & Data Analyzation
- Inventory Management
- Project Workflow & Scheduling
- Task Prioritization
- Interpersonal Communication
- Networking
- Systems Building
- Customer Service
- Persuasion
- Sales
In my free time I enjoy hikes and going to the lake with my girlfriend. I enjoy serving at my church and working on my parent's farm. Riding dirt bikes, flying my airplane, adventuring in my jeep, and music are a few more of my passions.
