• Design, implement and manage Repo processing program, including all logistics related to intake of repossessed vehicles from different cities and states.

* Develop territories for buying team.

* Work with auctions on issues with purchases.

* Handle all transportation on units.

* Work to make the decisions on repossessed vehicles.

* Rep cars that will be liquidated at auction.

* Make the decision on repairs for cars that will be reused.

* Oversee all aspects of the Retail side of the business in addition the the Wholesale division.

* Purchased all cars for the dealerships.

* Trained and grew the sales force to sell over 200 cars per month.

* Made all decision at the recon center for repairs.

* Drove each car purchased and wrote repair orders for the Service Dept.

* Handled 100% of the Remarketing and liquidation process.
