Supervise daily lab operations, ensuring compliance with ASTM and ACI standards.

• Perform and oversee concrete testing (slump, air content, temperature, unit weight, compressive strength).

• Manage and maintain lab equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.

• Develop and verify concrete mix designs, conducting 4-point curve trials and optimizing performance.

• Provide technical support, documentation, and reporting for quality control and project compliance.

• Train and guide team members on lab procedures, safety, and quality standards.

• Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Observing and documenting field activities
• Sampling, testing, and inspecting soils, aggregates, concrete, grout, asphalt, and structural steel placement
• Performing calculations and data reduction of test results along with drafting
• Using field screening equipment and documenting readings
• Reading maps, following directions, and interpreting engineering and construction plans
• Interacting and communicating daily with contractors, technicians, and project managers.
