• Expense Tracking: Monitor expenditures, approve purchases, and adjust budgets for unforeseen costs. Prepare financial reports for stakeholders.
• Vendor Negotiations: Secure favorable terms for equipment rentals, catering, and other services.

Crisis Management:

• Problem-Solving: Address emergencies (e.g., crew absences, location cancellations) swiftly to minimize disruptions.

Technology & Tools:

• Software Proficiency: Utilize tools like Movie Magic Budgeting, scheduling software, and digital communication platforms.

Post-Project Duties:

• Archiving: Safely store production materials for future access. Document lessons learned for process improvement.
