FIFA 2022 Smart Stadiums, A big project under the Qatar FIFA 2022 program. Building 8 smart stadiums connecting all sensor systems (CISCO, Honeywell, etc.) to many central observatories centralizing all data collected from inside and outside the systems and deploy Data Science to extract business insights., Qatar MoPH Data Hub 2020, Creating country-wide Health data cloud including data from different government entities relative to citizens health and deploy data science techniques to foresee diseases and health patterns, etc., Qatar Ministry of Economy and Commerce 2019, During the embargo and some political pressures there was a need to deploy Data Science to analyze food imports, export, sources and consumption in order to optimize usage and provide business insights to top country management and decision makers to make right the political and economical decisions to respond to the current political changes., Qatar Customs Authority 2018-2019, Qatar Customs Authority wanted to deploy Big Data techniques and Data Science in order to analyze imports against country rules and automatically detect frauds rather than the current manual process., Tansik 2007, This project was meant to enable high-school graduates to do their college admission through the Internet rather than the normal manual way. 500000 students did their admission through the Tansik 2007 portal. The web site was www.tansik.egypt.gov.eg, My role in the project is to:, Designing the overall solution of the Tansik 2007 Project (MS Infrastructure and Database Solution), Acting as the Team Lead of OMS Infrastructure Team in Tansik 2007 Project, Planning, designing and Implementing Tansik 2007 Database Highly Available and Scalable Solution using SQL Server 2005, Technology/Product used: Windows Server 2003, Active Directory, ISA Server 2004, MS NLB, MS Clustering Services, SQL Server 2005, SQL Server Failover Clustering, SQL Server Replication, SQL Server DB Mirroring, SQL Server Log Shipping, Time Frame: 4 months, Qatar National Bank (QNB) 2005, Designing the Migration, Consolidation and the implementation of Windows NT 4.0 directory service to Windows Server 2003 Active Directory in a clustered environment, and Exchange 5.5 server and Exchange 2000 server to Exchange server 2003 geo-cluster. Beside the implementation of Certificate Services and Public Key Infrastructure. Also Designing and Implementing Microsoft Business, Desktop Standards through scripting technologies and Group Policy Objects. Also Implementing MOM 2005 server and SMS 2003 server. 2000 users, Learning Gateway (Saudi Ministry of Education) 2006, Designing, implementing Project managing the deployment of MS Learning Gateway Framework 2005 in 25 Schools in KSA, the solution included several features provided through a portal gateway that encompasses collaboration and assignment mechanisms to enhance and computerize the learning process including Teachers, Students, Admins and Parents all through the same portal and the same cycle. 12500 users, RAYA Group 2005, Designing and implementing a migration and consolidation infrastructure to consolidate all RAYA group nine subsidiaries into one Active Directory forest tree and one Exchange server organization, 3000 users.
