Responsible for patient care in cosmetic lasers, Micro-needling with RF, PRP, PDO Threads, IV Infusion, Dermal FIller and Botox injection, procedures. I operate as a co-owner and founder.

Coordinate and oversee all direct, and indirect, patient services provided by including, but not limited to hiring, performance management, staff development, disciplinary action and more. In collaboration with other administrative leadership, develop strategic and operational plan for clinical areas. Ensure safe environment of care for all staff, patients, and families. AS the Patient Safety Officer for the organization, led and directed patient safety activities for the network. Duties included tracking and monitoring risk management incidents, medication errors and other patient safety issues. Monitor incident data for trends and implemented corrective action plans.

Directed case management and financial assessments for all patients. Acted as a charge nurse, oversaw all nursing functions/activities, supervised full-time staff members. Maintained quality control standards and unit achieved perfect rating status during state regulated inspections. Directed case management and financial assessments in the nursing, dietary, therapy, and social activities for patient care. Coordinated patient education, serving as liaison between patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
