I am a diesel technician at a fleet service company. I am responsible for performing advanced diagnostics, engine disassembly, and reassembly on diesel fleet vehicles. Supervise other technicians and ensure shop cleanliness and operational readiness. Ensure high standards of safety, efficiency, and quality in all repairs.

• I am the owner/operator of a mobile automotive repair service. I manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, inventory management, customer communication, and quality control. Delivered exceptional customer service, resulting in repeat business and a strong referral base. Handled conflict resolution and customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Oversaw budgeting, cost control, and pricing to ensure profit. Maintained detailed records of client services and operational expenses. Ensured compliance with safety standards and local regulations.

• I am a mobile diesel mechanic for United Rentals. I am in charge of inspecting and doing maintenance and repairs on the rental units at the job sites. I learn a lot from this position in order to be able to diagnose issues easier and more efficiently as well as find new ways to work on the units. This job taught me a lot about engines and electrical and diagnosing new issues. It taught me a lot of different ways to repair them and get them back up and running as soon as possible.

• I was a general service technician, I was in charge of doing oil changes and other basic repairs and maintenance. I learned a lot of knowledge as far as diagnosing all makes and models of vehicles and did many repairs on them as well.

• I was trained on every kitchen station, host, food runner, busser and dishwasher by choice. I came in on time everyday and came in ready to work. I am great in stressful and fast paced situations due to the changing atmosphere of the restaurant.

• I was a host and an expo manager and also helped the manager with tables and cooking the food when the restaurant was understaffed.

• I was in charge of making sure the food went to the correct table and the online orders got to the correct person(s).
