Lead Bartender, STG Club/VIP Section: I led the STG Club and VIP section in partnership with Seattle Theater Group to introduce the first-ever VIP/Club section at Remlinger Farms concerts and festivals. These high-profile events attracted up to 6,000 guests, and I played a key role in event planning, preparation, and staff management.

• Sales & Customer Relationship Building: Focused on driving sales through suggestive selling techniques while building strong relationships with VIP customers to enhance their experience. Managed a team of bartenders and staff, ensuring efficient service and smooth operations during large-scale events.

Achievements in Communication:

• Top Performer in Communication Courses: Achieved a 4.0 GPA in both Communication in a Diverse Workplace and Interpersonal Communication, demonstrating strong skills in engaging with individuals from varied backgrounds and effectively tailoring messages to different audiences.
• Selected Speaker for End-of-Quarter Persuasive Speech: Chosen as one of only two students in my class to deliver a persuasive speech to the entire Communication Department at Cascadia College, showcasing my ability to influence and persuade large groups effectively.

Academic Achievement & Perseverance:

• 4.0 in Precalculus II: Overcame a life of struggling with math and repeated setbacks to achieve a perfect 4.0 in Precalculus II. Determined to succeed, I made the decision to save money and prioritize my studies, taking time off from work to fully focus on passing the course.
• Resilience & Work Ethic: I consider passing this class one of my proudest personal achievements, demonstrating my "never give up" attitude and commitment to pushing through challenges to reach my goals. I firmly believe you should never let fear or personal shortcomings bar you from your goals and my grade in this class is a testament to that.
