In late 2023 I made the decision for a career change, after having been in retail for a number of years and wanting a more fast-paced career that I could apply my computer skills and grow with. As a pharmacy technician my role included:

• Managing inventory of medications, assisting in the conducting of audits and restocking to maintain optimal levels, and performing routine maintenance on pharmacy equipment such as pill counters and automated dispensing machines
• Processing insurance claims for patients' prescriptions using electronic systems and collaborating with healthcare providers to obtain prior authorizations for certain medications when required by insurance companies
• Swiftly and accurately perform prescription data-entry, fill and dispense dozens of prescriptions daily, while ensuring patient safety and adherence to medication guidelines

I started with this company when I Lived in Ohio, growing from an associate to a Keyholder, to then a Supervisor and even maintained the position of Temporary Assistant Store Manager. In these positions I had a number of responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Overseeing daily store operations, ensuring strict compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Investigating and resolving customer issues promptly, contributing to sustained satisfaction and loyalty.
• Guiding and supporting new team members in skill development, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Conducting analysis of sales trends to improve product positioning and optimize inventory control.
• Assisted customers in locating products and making informed purchasing decisions based on their needs and preferences.
