Throughout my time in JROTC, I have demonstrated a strong commitment to leadership, discipline, and excellence. Serving as a staff member and Rifle Team Commander, I earned the trust of my peers and instructors by leading with integrity, accountability, and a positive attitude. My dedication to continuous improvement helped lead our team to success, culminating in becoming an Alabama State Rifle Champion. This achievement reflects the countless hours of practice, perseverance, and determination I invested in mastering my skills while encouraging my teammates to do the same.

As a leader, I strive to set the standard through my actions and work ethic. Whether on the rifle range or the bowling lanes, I focus on motivating my teammates, building confidence, and creating an environment where everyone is encouraged to succeed. I believe that strong leadership means supporting others, leading by example, and helping each team member reach their full potential. My experiences in both JROTC and competitive bowling have strengthened my communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities while reinforcing the importance of dedication, resilience, and accountability. These experiences have shaped me into a dependable leader who is prepared to contribute positively in any academic, professional, or team environment.
