Aiden Ponder

I concentrated on customer satisfaction in the food service industry for the first 5 months that I worked there. Then I transferred locations to the monroe store and I have been an assistant manager there for roughly 4 months. Now as a manager on top of all of my previous responsibilities I also act as a shift lead. Those responsibilities include nightly tasks such as documenting the stores product, organizing money and delivering a bank deposit, keeping an eye on labor costs, closing the store for the night, and overseeing any other needs that the store may need.
