I am a hard-working and reliable individual, you can count on me to come to work do my best, and make a difference every day. I enjoy working in multiple different environments. I like to figure things out on my own but will ask/accept assistance from a peer when I don't understand, once I get that understanding I can help lead your company to great things. Also, I am a competent man that knows how how to listen to directions and lead by example.
As one of Michigan State University Greenline callers, it is my job to reach back out to alumni in hopes that they will give back to the University to help fund my peers and me with money towards scholarships and programs. Once I get in contact with an alum I then ask them how their post-college career is going, and then carry genuine conversations from there. I ask questions about how their college life was, so I can bring back memories so they will have a higher probability to give back and help many students go finish their degrees.
I worked in one of them gyms at Michigan State University, and had a two positions within the building. One position was check-in, I had to make sure everyone that came in was a Michigan State student or staff member and they had to have a valid membership with our gym. My other position was in the actual fitness center where I had to wipe down all machines/equipment that wasn't being used, re-rack weights, and clean/dry towels then fold them.
As a lead within the SkyZone company, it was my duty to make sure everyone was doing their jobs at an efficient rate while helping around the entire park, from being cashier, helping out in the kitchen with orders and birthday parties, and making sure our customers were safe and having fun. The lead role was basically micromanaging the building by solving all the problems I could before the concerns reach the manager of the day. Our lead team also would sit down prior to meetings to implement new ideas to make our SkyZone great with improved policies and procedures with our management team.
I was a big part of our maintenance team at Skyzone. Our task on this team was to make sure we fixed the problems at Skyzone. For example, changing a trampoline, it has been plenty of times we had to change a whole a trampoline to make sure everything was safe for our guest. The first time the team and I had to do so we had no help what so ever and didn't know how to properly change it. instead of giving up, the 3 of us came together and use other completed trampolines as example and fixed every trampoline correctly.
