On November 14th, I had Volunteer Night, and a family member came in and practiced butterfly and straight needles on him. The instructor was able to teach me how to better hold my needle, angle it at 45 degrees, and give constructive feedback on how to properly steady the needle. I was able to get two butterfly needles that night. I am working on being able to get my straight needles.

• Helping students learn through practical life activities.
• Supervised after-school activities, such as yoga poses and hula hoop activities.
• Contributed innovative ideas and solutions to enhance team performance and outcomes.
• Logging diapers on the app Brightwheel.
• Logining student progress and what they enjoyed from the lessons that week.
• Help teachers support the classroom with whatever they need.

• Provided leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring that tasks were completed on time and to a high standard.
• Organized regular meetings with all stakeholders to ensure clear communication between departments.
• Supported the manager in developing plans for future projects, initiatives, and objectives.
• Facilitated team meetings to discuss targets, and strategies, and address any issues.
• Teach team members how to be successful, have good training, and correct any errors.
• Being able to communicate needs to the team and shuffle people down the line in an effective amount of time.
