Ainsley Halvorsen

I worked as a babysitter at a young age and continued babysitting for several different families over the years. I learned how to identify individual needs for children and adjusting daily care to those needs. I have lived in 5 different states so I have learned how to interact well with people and converse well. I recently went to school in Germany for half a year. At the school we had to take on several different chores/jobs each week that needed to get accomplished within a certain amount of time. Things like working in the kitchen, cleaning the dishes, serving food to the other students, etc. I was a shipt shopper for a year so that I could earn money to pay for my school in Germany. Through that I built up a strong work ethic, I had to push myself to work hard everyday since it was my own schedule that I was going off of.
