I have worked around Nucor teammates for going on 3 years and have enjoyed every minute of it. Going back and forth from Decatur and Tuscaloosa has allowed me to meet many new people along the way. Throughout the program i have been able to work with mechanics and electricians to understand the importance of both groups. Working with different groups has also allowed me to see that things can be always be done safely and efficiently .
