Executed safe transfers using gait belts and provided hands on ambulation assistance to prevent falls and injuries

•Meditation &Healthy Monitoring

Managed medication Schedules and recorded vitals signs, promptly reporting any changes in physical or cognitive conditions to healthcare providers
