• Initiate, track, and manage security clearance processes using systems such as eQIP and DISS.

• Responsible for Physical Security Surveys for over 26 buildings across three installations including inhabited buildings, restricted areas, and ammunition, arms and explosive facilities.
• Has knowledge of Intrusion Detection and Access Control Systems (IDS/ACS) and the opening /closing of controlled facilities which sensitive material is or will be located.
• Performed locksmith duties for facility requirements to include them for multiple users, pin cores, master keying, and key cutting on a punch machine and key duplicating.
• Managed access control into SWRMC buildings and restricted areas utilizing the Access Control Enforcer access control system, to include enrolling CAC’s, processing check outs from the command, troubleshooting errors, configuring the system to support various open periods and lock downs, and verifying access list for restricted area access.
• Responsible for ensuring all personnel going on travel are in compliance with all requirements in accordance with the Foreign Clearance Guide. Assisted travelers submitting their Travel Tracker (TT)/Individual Anti-terrorism Travel Plan (IATP), Isolated Personnel Report (ISOPREP), and processing their Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS) request. Processed over 200 APACS request and communicated with country and theater approvers to receive clearance approval in a timely manner for essential missions around the globe.
• Developed, implemented, and monitored a variety of aspects of one or more of the following security programs including Collateral, SCI, OPSEC, Physical and Industrial Security
• Responsible for ensuring marking, handling and transport requirements for safeguarding classified material in accordance with DoDM 5200.01, V-1, DoD Information Security Program, DoDM 5200.01, V-2, DoD Information Security Program: Marking of Classified Information and DoDM 5200.01, V-3, DoD Information Security Program: Protection of Classified Information.

• Managed a multi-faceted security program administration in personnel (PERSEC), information (INFOSEC), and physical (PHYSEC), in support of the Office of Military Commissions (OMC).

• Handled the development, management, and oversight responsible for the preparation, coordination, and lifecycle of the DD Form 254 for SWRMC Statements of Work, Performance Work Statements, and Statement of Objectives, acquisition and procurement operations, solicitations for offers, and other industrial contract related documents that ensure appropriate security requirements and guidance are incorporated to SWRMC classified contracts.

• Conducted Collateral, and SCI indoctrinations and debriefings for civilian, military, contractors.

• Additionally, creates, monitors, and tracks the issue of classified courier card for personnel, as mission dictates.

• Ensured record keeping is within established guidelines. Maintained visitor sign in logbook for all personnel visiting the facility and verifying all information is correct.

• Reviewed contracts using Electronic Document Access (EDA) to verify period of performance and scope of work.
• Processed visitor access requests supporting embarkation aboard over 20 Navy vessels.
• Evaluated personnel security requests in JPAS to ensure eligibility, access level, and need-to-know compliance.
