Although it is my first job, at summerland catering my boss and managers quickly recognized I was a trustable hard worker that would make sure the job was not only thoroughly done, but also completed efficiently. This lead to me getting put on higher priority jobs and offsite events rather quickly and making friends with all of my coworkers and staff along the way. I will admit that at first it did take some getting used to as it was all very new to me, but I quickly found my rhythm and have been working there frequently for about a year now. I have learned its better to ask for help if I do not know something rather than risk doing it wrong and I am always looking for ways to improve my skills and become the best worker I can be.
