Ajalai Shabazz

During my time at Sweetheart Wax, I was responsible for taking and making phone calls, greeting and helping customers with services like scheduling in person and over the phone, providing information about the company and what we offer, and alternative solutions. I was also responsible for stocking and taking inventory, cash handling, opening and closing the store, and training new hires.

As a shift lead at Caribou, I was required to have good team supervision, attention to detail, and knowledge of multiple aspects of the store. This could range from our menu, being able to work four different stations, to memorizing alarm and safe codes. I was also in charge of managing inventory, taking phone calls, stationing employees, opening and closing the store, and overall assuring a great customer experience.
