During my time at Sam's Club, I mainly served as a Member Assist Associate, where I was responsible for gathering carts, assisting members with their groceries, prioritized Member satisfaction, I additionally handled nightly trash duties. Besides my time as a Member Assist Associate, my experience as a Frontline Associate allowed me to further develop my skills in customer interaction, ensuring a friendly and professional checkout process for every member via scanning their groceries in a polite and understanding manner.

During my time as a McDonald's Back of House Crew Trainer, I was responsible for training new staff, conducting check-ins related to performance, and consulting with management on any additional issues. Outside of those responsibilities, I prepared food, maintained cleanliness, and ensured team efficiency with a focus on professionalism and team synergy.
